For support coordinators
Everything you need to decide on a referral, on one page.
Status
Murray Valley Care Group Pty Ltd is not a registered NDIS provider. We take self-managed and plan-managed participants.
Murray Valley Care Group Pty Ltd is not a registered aged care provider. Home care is delivered as a supplier under clients’ Support at Home packages administered by their registered provider.
Current capacity
Ring or email and we will tell you plainly what we can take on this week.
This line is kept current on purpose. A provider who says "always taking referrals" is telling you nothing.

Response time
We come back on a referral within one business day, and we say yes or no rather than leaving it open.
What we need in a referral
- participant name, contact, and who to speak to first
- plan management type
- supports sought and rough hours
- town
- anything a worker needs to know before the first visit to be safe and useful
Direct line
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and after hours by arrangement. This goes to a director, not a call centre.
