Support at home in Melbourne’s north

We help people with disability, and older people, to keep living the way they want to at home — across Melbourne’s northern suburbs, from Mickleham and Craigieburn to Epping, Mernda and Reservoir.

Two kinds of support, one local team

Murray Valley Disability Support

Personal care, help around the home, meals, shopping, transport, getting out into the community, and building everyday skills.

For NDIS participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed.

Personal care, housework, meals, shopping, transport to appointments, and company. Support that helps someone stay in their own home.

What we do and what it costs

Why us

We are local

Our workers live in the suburbs they work in. Nobody is driving across Melbourne to get to you, which is why the shift actually happens.

We turn up

We tell you who is coming and what time, and we turn up. If something changes we ring you before the visit, not after it.

We stay

The same few workers, not a different face every week. In this work, knowing the person is most of the job.

Suburbs we cover

Melbourne’s north: Mickleham, Craigieburn, Kalkallo, Donnybrook, Roxburgh Park, Greenvale, Broadmeadows, Epping, Wollert, Mernda, South Morang, Bundoora, Reservoir, Preston, and surrounding areas.

Based in Mickleham VIC 3064. If your suburb is not on the list, ring us and we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you reliably.

The full area, and where we do not travel

Not sure which one you need?

Ring us and describe the situation. We will tell you which kind of support fits, and if it is neither, we will tell you who to call instead. It costs nothing to ask.
